- Reader questions: Curious about something in a guide? We answer when we can.
What we can't help with
- Stake account issues — withdrawals, KYC, account verification. Those go to Stake's own support team, not us. We have no access to your account.
- Gambling advice or “winning strategies” — these don't exist in any honest form.
- Refunds, deposit reversals, or in-game disputes.

Stake handles account issues directly through their live chat and email channels inside the platform. If you can't log into your account, their email support is the standard route. We genuinely cannot help with account-specific issues.
